Terms and Condition:
1.
Payment
- All payment must be received in
7 days. Non pay bidder will be reported.
- Our bank
detail is available in auction site. Please use checkout to get our
details. We attach our bank detail in checkout invoice.
- Bank deposit and internet
transfer is preferred. Use your auction member id as
reference for transaction.
- Cash deposit to bank is
accepted. Please email to us how much you paid and which bank you
deposited.
- No reference in payment will have delay in delivery.
- No COD and reply paid.
2. Handling
and postage
- The amount we specified for handling and
postage is not actual postage charged by post office. It includes our
handling fee (labour cost, packing material, commission fee, time to post
office).
- We will combine postage
for multi-items which send to same delivery address. Email us with which
items, how many and your postcode for handling and postage quote.
3. Delivery
- Item will be sent once payment is
confirmed.
- Most of parcels sent by standard regular post by post
office. It is no tracking and not insured. We don't response to
the loss during delivery. We will help buyer to submit customer service
complaint form to AusPost if you don't receive parcel in 2
weeks. Most of the chance AusPost do not pay for the loss when
sending by regular post.
- Registration post is insured and it is
an option from buyer.
Another item will be re-send or refund if parcel is missing (when use
registration post). We are highly recommend to use registration for item
price over $100.00.
- No local pick up
available.
4. Warranty and Refund
- All our product has 6 months return
to base warranty if not specified. Warranty only cover the fault of
manufacturing.
- Buyer pay for the postage when send back to us to
claim warranty replacement/repair. Once we received item, we will pass it
to supplier. Our supplier will make decision to repair or replace
it. We will pay for the postage when we send it back to buyer if we found
a faulty on the returned good.
- If no fault found on
returned goods, labour cost and return postage will be charged to
buyer.
- No refund
available, only exchange or replacement.
- If we accept refund by any chance, we charge
25% re-stock fee. Handling and postage is not refundable. Original
packing must be returned.
